Each session is an opportunity for participants to develop confidence in the water, improve their technique and have fun in a safe and professionally supervised location.

The best time to start is at a very young age! Our swimming lessons for children ages 3 to 4 are designed to introduce young children to the aquatic world in a safe, affectionate and fun way. Through guided play and specialized techniques, our instructors help children become familiar with the water while developing coordination, confidence and basic flotation and movement skills.
